Delhi FoodBank

Delhi Food Bank was launched on 8th June 2012 and implemented by Responsenet Development Services, New Delhi. With the implementation of the Delhi Food Bank, IFBN got its first model, which it has been seeking to modify, strengthen and replicate at a national level.The mission of Delhi Food Bank is to connect nutritional food with the hungry in Delhi, in a systematic and technology driven process that is lean and efficient, to end the fight against hunger and malnutrition. Their work has been made possible with the help of critical partners like Cargill India, GAIN and DLF. Shared capabilities and resources of all sections of society including corporates, educational institutions and community based organizations are making the difference in helping the malnourished and hungry.
